Elizabeth Kertesz, , LEED AP BD+C, CDT

Resilient Oak Consulting, LLC is a small, woman owned business providing sustainability consulting and specifying services for construction projects in San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding region. The firm was established in 2018 by Elizabeth Kertesz, LEED AP BD+C, CDT. Ms. Kertesz began her career in the local construction industry in 1995, worked her way through college, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2005 with a BBA in Construction Management.

Elizabeth honed her focus on sustainable development through her work as a Green Building Project Manager with Sustainable Perspectives Group, LLC from 2008-2015. From 2015-2018, she provided LEED and sustainability consulting as well as LEED exam preparation and continuing education as an independent consultant. In 2017, she added construction specification writing to her scope of services, and in May 2018, Resilient Oak Consulting, LLC was born.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has provided consulting for more than twenty-five LEED certified projects throughout San Antonio and the surrounding region, including commercial, hospitality, governmental, educational, and healthcare projects. She has also been the Executive Director of the San Antonio 2030 District since its establishment in 2015.
