WestEast is actively seeking to expand our professional design staff. We are looking for a professional who is organized, graphically talented and strong in the construction document production process to work on Commercial, Higher Education + Social Impact projects.
The Interior Design professional will provide concepts and will develop construction documents for current and future projects.

Furniture systems specifying/procurement
Education Requirements
Bachelors or Master of Interior Design from an accredited University
Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters of Interior Design or Bachelors/Masters Architecture Degree from an accredited University
State licensure or eligible and actively on licensure track
4+ years of experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong graphic and drawings skills required
Software Skills
AutoCAD / Revit / Sketchup / Enscape or Lumion
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Self-motivated to learn new software packages required or helpful to the Work
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Work under the general supervision of the Senior Interior Designer, but within a mixed discipline project team structure
Assist in design and design presentation to include finish boards and presentation drawings
Assist in preparing construction documents as an integral part of a project team
Assist with submittal review and other construction administration activities appropriate to interiors project scope
