Texas Architecture Workshop, or “Tex” as we affectionately quip, is a newly founded architecture firm based in San Antonio, Texas that is growing to meet the needs of an expanding portfolio. Role:
- PROJECT ARCHITECT
Qualification Requirements:
- Professional degree in architecture
- US architectural license
- 8+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, or other design modeling software
- Proficiency in Lumion, Keyshot, VRay, or other visualization software
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable engaging with internal and external design teams throughout all standard phases of design
- Commercial and/or residential project experience across all standard phases of design
- Experience in construction documentation and specification writing on commercial and/or residential projects
Responsibilities:
- Project Architect will assist in the general management, along with the Principal, of their respective project(s)
- Assist in coordination of internal project design team on their respective projects.
- Production of construction documents
- Production of specifications
- Production of images and exhibits to communicate design intent to clients, consultants, and contractors
- Coordination with project consultants and contractors as required during design and construction phases
