Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager will lead large scale and complex projects within several sectors including commercial, academic, or civic
- This role is located in our San Antonio, TX office
- The ideal candidate will lead large design teams for technically sophisticated and diverse project types
- This person will have client-facing and team-facing responsibilities
- Forecast and organize project teams for design, development, production and project document delivery
- Coordination with consultants, team members and the client
- Successfully execute projects by following Page’s and Owner’s protocols in order to reach the best solution
- Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships
- Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the project team
- Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals development.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in large scale and complex projects
- Degree in architecture or related field
- Must obtain an architectural license in Texas or in the process of obtaining Texas license to practice architecture in the state
- Experience with multiple project sizes as well as a concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plus
- Skilled in architecture and detailing skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processes
- Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of Revit
- Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants
- Confident with public speaking and networking
- Excellent writing skills and a strategic thinker
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Available for occasional travel within the US
