Nextgen Architects has opening for architectural staff to assist and grow with our design team. Our office offers young professionals a collaborative work environment with the opportunity to be involved in all phases of a project. The candidate will be required to participate in the planning, design and documentation of building projects.
Prepare project plans using Revit.
Coordinate documents with team members and outside consultants.
Render project elevations or perspectives.
Assist team members with presentation boards and/or hand-outs.
Supports project team during construction administration.
Proficient in Revit a must, 3-5 years minimum.
Four or five year college or university program. 5-year design/architectural degree/ professional license preferred, but not required.
5+ years related experience.
Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently with team members.
Skills required include basic knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Sketchup and Adobe Programs.
