WHAT YOU WOULD DO
*Provide design support, iterations and ideation alongside the principal’s lead. However, the best idea wins.
*Manage client communications, production workload, and the design process with principal’s guidance and staff support
*Spend a quarter of your time mentoring younger staff and assisting senior staff in streamlining processes
*Remaining hours will further your work-related professional goals with support from our principal and staff

APPLY IF YOU

*Are a jack-of-all trades with strong design and presentation skills.
*Have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience
*Are based in San Antonio, or are willing to be, at least part time
*Have received a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
*Are very proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator), or are interested in getting there quickly
*Know Sketchup well enough to transfer design concepts into other software
*Are a master of Lumion, Enscape, or similar
*Want to advance our studio’s proficiency in the use of other software and design tools
*Are interested in a range of project types, clients, and budgets that all require thoughtful, quality work
*Have interests outside of work and architecture
*Value people and relationships more than buildings
