Hi all,

Aline and I discussed Wednesday’s event over the phone rather than going to the AIA to meet. A quick recap:
*Mary Ann – can you email the 8 presenter’s slides to me? I will compile them into one pdf, with a couple of other items that will be discussed on Wednesday (including into slide(s), mission statement, presenters, sponsors, etc).
*Logistical items needed (Aline will confirm availability with the AIA): Sign in sheet, 24×36 printed / mounted sign (Aline to print), easel, projector, computer (Rebecca to bring back up)
*Food & Beverages – Aline to confirm with Marcella
*Please arrive at 4:30 for set up if you are available.

Quick recap of 1st meeting + Mission Statement
Quick recap of why we decided to start with a storytelling event
