Shoot’N’Skoot

The AIA San Antonio Shoot’N’Skoot brings out the sportsman from our San Antonio community. This year marks our 7th event and each year gets better. Held as a fund raiser to benefit the Center for Architecture and local AIA San Antonio Chapter, interest in the upcoming Shoot event is keen. This is also an opportunity for competitive cookers to show their skills in the corresponding BBQ Cook-Off. Winner’s earn the rights to display the coveted Best Brisket Trophy for the year of their win. Hope you can join us to sample the fare!
